By using TweakMill, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
License to use the site. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the public pages for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and applicable law.
Prohibited use. You may not misuse the site (including attempting to break security, overloading, scraping in a way that impairs the service, or use for any unlawful purpose).
Intellectual property. The TweakMill name, look and feel, and original text are protected. Third-party names (e.g. Bootstrap) belong to their owners and are used under their licences.
Changes. We may change the site and these terms; continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Check the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Governing law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws. Subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live, the courts of Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site. A qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction can explain how this interacts with local consumer law.
